Today, my Vacation Packing Checklist saves me when I travel.

But not then ... Is this you ? It certainly was me .. When I have been travelling in the past, I have forgotten: umbrellas, tickets, special vouchers, coats … You name it, and I have forgotten it !

I had to fix this.

So I made a list .. a vacation packing checklist. Now, each time I travelled, I used my trusty checklist to plan my trip. Without a comprehensive checklist it was simply too easy to be on the other side of the world or 2 days out in my travels, and find that I have forgotten something vital. What a way to spoil a long awaited trip.

There is no reason now for this to ever occur.

With each trip I had to find the old Checklist (if I could find it), and add my updates. When I could not find it I would grumble *¿+$£€!. And boy did I grumble (you know how it is) as I had to rewrite it from the beginning again (more grumbling). It was just like getting a traffic infringement notice, a waste of time, energy and even money.

After repeating this process several times, I decided to publish my checklist so I was not continually recreating this key to my travelling happiness. This worked really well … no more lost lists nor forgotten things.

So having proven this idea, I have gone one step further and published the Checklists I use here, on this FREE travel guide site.

Now, I simply keep updating.

And I can even access my checklists from anywhere in the world.
